With production handled by the unstoppable Metabeats and featuring Mudmowth alongside 2 of this nations finest spitters in SONNYJIM and SKAMMA it is a veritable shower of disgusting rhymes, with more skills on display than your average Olympics. The ferocious stuttered drums lay the foundations for slick sample chops and an infectious vocal hook.

With a music video already completed and following shortly Meta & Mud are looking to set down the marker making 2010 the year for hip-hop in the UK. We gonna go strong. Let your people know.

SWN FESTIVAL

We were recently invited by Huw Stephen’s of Radio 1 to get involved with his SWN Festival and co-host a night with Cardiff’s own D&B big bwoys Aperture. With a tasty lineup it was hard to say no.

SKULLCRACKOLOGY VIDEO SHOOT

We’ve just completed the shoot for the P.L.O. produced ‘Skullcrackology’ taken from Mud’s ‘Circus In The Cemetery’ 12 inch. Was an incredible shoot over two days and the team over
@ Subjective Realities really came with the ideas and know how. Big shouts as well to everyone who came down and helped on the shoot – we couldn’t have done it without you. Special love goes out to Amy ‘I Luv Design’ Young for killer body paint work and Emma ‘Chinky Eye’ Fry for the yammin it down catering!
We just can’t wait to get it back from the edit and post production now so watch this space.

We had a call from Kris Jenkins a week or so back asking if Fozzy and Ruff would come through and support his new band ‘The Peth’. Featuring Kris, a Super Furry Animal and hollywood big boy, Rhys Ifans, and a whole bunch of others it was kinda hard to say no. They are on some Welsh super group business. The gig was pretty bonkers and we smashed it. So here’s to more partying with ‘em in the future.
